Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AceSATCoach.com and the purchase of tutoring services provided by Gregg [Last Name] ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our services.

1. Services Provided

AceSATCoach.com offers SAT tutoring services including:

  • 1-on-1 tutoring sessions conducted via Zoom

  • Group tutoring sessions and courses conducted via Zoom

  • Bundled session packages redeemed via Wix Pricing Plans

All sessions are conducted online. We do not offer in-person tutoring at this time.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for students preparing for the SAT exam. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase and consent to participation. By purchasing our services on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Booking and Scheduling

1-on-1 Sessions: After purchasing a pricing plan, you will receive a booking link to schedule your sessions. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

Group Sessions: After purchasing a group plan, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your spot in the next available cohort. Group sessions are scheduled by us and communicated to all participants at the time of enrollment. Spots are limited to 6 students per cohort and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Session Platform: All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a functioning device with camera and microphone, and a quiet environment suitable for learning.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the student/parent:

  • Cancellations made 48 or more hours before a scheduled session: the session credit is returned to your plan and may be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session: the session credit is forfeited and will not be returned.

  • No-shows (failure to join within 15 minutes of the session start time without prior notice): the session credit is forfeited.

Cancellations by AceSATCoach.com: If we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and the session credit will be fully returned to your plan. We will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Group Session Cancellations: If a group session is cancelled by us due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future cohort at their choice.

5. Package Expiry

Purchased session packages expire as follows:​​

  • Starter Pack (5 sessions): 3 months from purchase

  • Standard Pack (10 sessions): 3 months from purchase

  • Intensive Pack (15 sessions): 3 months from purchase

  • 6 Group Session Pack : 3 months from purchase

Expired credits are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or extension except at our sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency with supporting documentation).

6. Conduct and Participation

We are committed to providing a respectful, productive learning environment. We expect all students and parents to:

  • Treat the tutor with courtesy and professionalism

  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions

  • Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent

  • Not share session materials, problem sets, or resources with third parties

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward the tutor.

7. No Score Guarantee

While we are committed to delivering the highest quality SAT preparation, we cannot guarantee specific score outcomes. SAT performance depends on many factors outside our control, including student effort, test-day conditions, and individual aptitude. Any score improvements referenced on our website reflect past student results and are not a promise of future outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AceSATCoach.com — including text, graphics, practice materials, problem sets, and session notes — is the intellectual property of AceSATCoach.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without prior written permission. Sessions may not be recorded by students or parents without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceSATCoach.com and Gregg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of expected score improvements, technical difficulties during sessions, or third-party platform outages (e.g. Google Meet downtime).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County], [Your State].

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
