Refund Policy

At AceSATCoach.com, we want you to feel confident purchasing our tutoring services. This policy explains clearly when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. General Principle

Because our services involve reserved tutor time and session preparation, refunds are available within a defined window after purchase. Once sessions have been scheduled and preparation has begun, refunds are partial or unavailable as outlined below.

2. 1-on-1 Session Packages — Refund Schedule

Refund requested within 48 hours of purchase, no sessions used: 100% refund

Refund requested after 48 hours, no sessions used: 50% refund

Refund requested after 1 session has been used: Refund for unused sessions at 50% of per-session rate

Refund requested after 2 or more sessions have been used: No refund — unused credits remain valid until expiry

Package has expired: No refund

3. Group Sessions — Refund Schedule

6-Week Group Course:

Refund requested before cohort start date: 100% refund

Refund requested after Week 1 session: 75% refund

Refund requested after Week 2 session: 50% refund

Refund requested after Week 3 or later: No refund

If we cancel a group session or course: All affected participants will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future cohort — their choice.

4. Individual Session Cancellations (within a package)

Cancelling an individual session within a package does not trigger a package refund — the credit is simply returned to your plan (if cancelled 48+ hours in advance) or forfeited (if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance). See our Terms and Conditions for full cancellation details.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of documented medical emergencies, serious illness, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will review refund requests outside this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with relevant documentation and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at chris@acesatcoach.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at purchase

  • The product purchased and date of purchase

  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
